What equestrian services do you offer?

 We provide professional horse transport, horse care and equestrian support including transport for competitions, veterinary appointments, training, yard moves, holiday cover, feeding visits, yard support and general equestrian assistance.

What horsebox do you use?

 We use a premium STX 3.5 Tonne horsebox, chosen for its exceptional build quality, safety features and comfortable travelling environment. We believe investing in the right vehicle is an important part of providing the highest standard of care.

Are you insured?

Yes. The Whole Horse Co is fully insured for the services we provide, including:

·   Public Liability Insurance

·   Hire & Reward Insurance

·   Care, Custody & Control Insurance

·   Vehicle Breakdown Cover

·   DEFRA/ WATO licenses where applicable

Can I ask for help with something that isn’t listed on the website?

Of course! As a growing business, we are always happy to discuss individual requirements. If we can help, we will. If we can’t, then we will honest and let you know.

What information do you need when I request a quote?

To provide an accurate quotation, we’ll usually ask for:

·   Collection and destination location (if applicable)

·   Preferred date and time

·   Number of horses travelling

·   Horse size/ breed

·   The reason for the journey

·   Any additional requirements or information we should be aware of
